LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:  LSW, LPC, LICDC II

This position works with people of all ages and their families/significant others to determine the goals for treatment and assists the client with meeting the identified goals.

Staff will provide treatment to Clients enrolled in Shawnee Family Health Substance Use Disorder Program. This includes a broad range of services including: Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, Case Management Services, providing education, monitoring Client’s status within the program, etc.
